Brimming with style -- January 2006

The first item I've ever started and finished in one day! I think I've earned a few of these little knitty things after all my early never-ending jumpers. Anyway, this hat is daft but also very groovy, I think (I do like the very modest pattern name). And it is nicely warm for this time of year (it's 100% wool). The moss stitch pattern was very forgiving to the varying thickness of the yarn (I've not knitted with Rowan Chunky Print before -- it's very soft for such a big yarn, but also ranges from quite thin to massively thick in the same skein).

Forgive the fingers -- they are my attempt at retaining my Secret Mystery Online Identity.

Details: 'Brimming with style' from hats gloves scarves by Louisa Harding, knitted with Rowan Chunky Print on 6mm bamboo circular needles.
